Reservations and payment

A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. Flexible rates may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before arrival; advance-purchase rates are non-refundable. A daily resort fee of $39 plus applicable taxes is added to every stay.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must present government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age to register. Late departures are charged at a half-day rate after 2:00 PM.

Gaming

Access to the gaming floor, private salons and Oasis Rewards is restricted to guests aged 21 and over. Odds Oasis supports responsible gaming; self-exclusion programmes and confidential support are available from any host.

Conduct and damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or resort property during their stay. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; a $350 recovery fee applies to smoking in guest rooms.
